Skopje Mixed-Use Complex

Covering about 295,000 sq. meters, the complex project is in Skopje, Macedonia and constructed by Limak Construction. The complex is a mix-development project consisting of 4 tower blocks including hotel, residential and office buildings, a shopping mall, multi-storey parking lots, pools, and fitness centers. Entire design services of the project were completed in 2018.

Within the scope of the project, Prota’s services include;

• Structural Reinforced Concrete and Steel Design
• Geotechnical and Excavation Support System Design
• Preparation of Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities and Tender Documents
