Designed in accordance with Mercedes Bens standards
The building containsof service facilities, office spaces and a showroom. The building complex with a total area of 13,500 m² consists of 4 blocks.
In addition to the modern service center spreading over three stories in the complex, there is a 13-story office building and a showroom.
There are also spare part depots, accessories production hall, cafeteria, petrol station, and recreational areas.
In the scope of the project, Prota gave consultancy services for;
- Architectural planning and detailing,
- The structural R/C and steel calculations and drawings,
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering projects,
- R/C prefabricated system analysis,
- Soil and foundation system design,
- Construction consultancy and site supervision,
- Quantity estimations and surveying,
- Preparation tender documents and quantity estimation,
- Infra-structural facilities piling and drainage projects.
