Prota Attended III. International Metrorail forum held on 9-10 October 2019
On October 9-10, Prota Engineering’s General Manager Danyal Kubin and BIM&Technology Coordinator Saniye Oktem attended the 3rd International Metrorail forum as guest speakers.
Kubin spoke on the “Light Rail System Projects and Consultancy Services” session. During his speech, he stressed the importance of the designer in transportation projects and highlighted Prota’s 35 years of extensive design experience in the related sector.
Prota Engineering’s BIM and Technology Coordinator Saniye Oktem attended the following session on "The Usage of BIM in Light Rail Systems" where she emphasized the importance of BIM technology in transportation projects. In her speech, she presented some of Prota’s BIM projects and added, “At Prota we like to innovate and keep up with the latest technologies like BIM. We are proud to be the first consultancy company in Turkey to design an entire metro project with 5D BIM technology.”
