Tendered by Emlak Konut, the mix-used housing project is constructed by Pekintas & Burakcan Joint Venture. The project covers a social facility, a hotel building, 3-storied congress center, an indoor pool and four residential buildings.

Within the scope of the project, Prota provided structural reinforced concrete and steel design services of the project.
